“Army ranged second after Glam world in my career list” - Rannvijay Singh

Rannvijay has become a household name. He got looks, sophistication, charismatic persona which clutches the attention towards him each time he appears on screen. It has been a roller-coaster ride for him to reach to the position of fame and name, where he is standing up-rooted and rigid now. Up-swing in his career started by winning the first most MTV Roadies show. Then consecutively hosted all the seasons of MTV Roadies and even hosted handful episodes of MTV Splitsvilla. And now he is full-swing to try his hand in Bollywood with “Toss-A flip of destiny”. The film also stars Aarti Chabria, Ashmit Patel, Prashant Raj, Sushant Singh, Mahesh Manjrekar, Master Hardik Sangani, Zakir Husaain, Rajendra Settee, Rajpal Yadav, debutabt Madhureema and Shruti Gera. Rannvijay is all excited for this new inning. Following is the discourse with him wherein he is talking about his film “Toss”, his personal life and his future prospects:Q. 1: Tel us something about your film “Toss”.
Ans. 1: The film is about childhood friends. One incident occurs and changes the flow. They range against each other’s life. To find why all this occurs, one has to go and watch my film.
Q. 2: How was your experience working in this film?
Ans. 2: The experience was fantastic one. We had lots and lots of fun on the sets of the film and working under the Director Ramesh Khatkar was handy and I have learnt a lot from him.
Q. 3: You are all set to make your mark on big screen with film “Toss”. When the film is ready to hit the floor, you must getting be nervous as well as excited.
Ans. 3: Yes, of course I am excited equally nervous. Audience has given me lots of love and admiration in all these years, so I hope I keep up to their expectation and more importantly they should love the movie. As their response is vital for me and my career.
Q. 4: According to you what is the U.S.P of the film which will attract the audience towards it?
Ans. 4: The story is very good. And according to me the Presentation of the film is the U.S.P of the film. Its thriller-pact movie which will build interest amongst audience.
Q. 5: You were declared as the first and foremost winner of Roadies. Why did you choose to enter in this field with this reality show?
Ans. 5: Simply, I want to win Karisma bike.
Q. 6: You have even hosted all the season of Roadies. Comment
Ans. 6: After winning the show, I was offered to host the show and I choose to say yes. As one needs to work also.
Q. 7: One more feather in your cap is that you are a V.J. too. If not V.J then where do you see yourself landed?
Ans. 7: If not V.J then I would have entered Army, like other members of my family.
Q. 8: How does it feel to be star-icon and the way young generation admires you?
Ans. 8: Roadies is the show through which one can really discover their how strong they are mentally and physically. It provides you the edge from others post-show. As I was the first one that’s why may be I received this tag. But, how much I feel others winners of roadies have received equal fame, name and popularity amongst youth.
Q. 9: Which are your up-coming films?
Ans. 9: Vipul Shah’s “London Dreams” and “Ekanth” are my up-coming projects.
